Clarksburg Plumbing did a great job repairing our water main. They found the best way to fix the problem without unnecessary work, which saved us money. Also, the office was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us get all the information needed for the insurance. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment for Monday afternoon and they called late in the afternoon to reschedule for Thursday morning. Thursday morning came and went; no plumber, no phone call, no text. Rather unprofessional and inconsiderate way to treat a customer. So, I guess I'll see if someone else wants my business.

do not use clarksburg plumbing. they schedule a job and cancel it multiple times before even showing up. we were out of heat for months and they just never showed up. that's professional right? but the cherry on top is by the time the owner comes out and does any work he's too high to function. the man is carrying a gun on his hip and is too high to do anything other than stand there and just stare at a job. absolutely unprofessional you shouldn't even have a business. I have reported this company and you should never use it! there are plenty of better companies.
