I just wanted to take a moment and Thank the professionals that work at this doctor's office from the front desk (Jocelyn) which help me handle a issue dealing with the insurance side of things went above and beyond to make sure it was smooth process! And i would also like to thank one of the best nurses I've ever had the pleasure to deal with (Scarlett) people that care make the difference, Doctors Mr & Mrs Saleem built a great team
I had a great experience at this urgent care! As a new patient, they took me in as a walk-in without any issues. The doctor was thorough, taking his time to explain my medications and providing excellent health education. I ending up having the flu and a bacterial infection, and I truly appreciated the detailed care. The medical assistants were kind and quick to help with my work note, and the front desk staff was both knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in need of quality, compassionate care!
I've been coming to this office since it opened and both Rasha and Ahmed are awesome doctors wouldn't go anywhere else they're great they treat me and my wife and kids like were part of they're family and I drive a good ways to see them would recommend to anyone!!!
