Rude and very unwelcome employees, they don't wanna workout your problem, but they have the best way to separate your money from your pocket.
I don't review often but wanted to add one here because both my wife and I made eye exam appointments this year, (it was time) and after going through the initial eye tests, checks and pictures (without dilation), we then saw Gabriela Miller, O.D. for review, discussion and additional testing. We were both happy with what she did, and how everything was explained clearly. Prescription eyewear selection followed and that was fairly smooth as well. I thought the frames selection was somewhat limited but I don't have anything to compare to currently. Overall happy with everything, and will return in the future.
Dr. Rubin is an amazing ophthalmologist whom I've been seeing for eye exams for many years. However, in the last couple of years, there have been changes in the office and it starts to feel different. I went in again and there was this one lady at the front desk who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I approached the front desk to request a printout of my contact lens prescription as suggested by Dr. Rubin, she insisted I had to pay for both a contact lens exam and a glasses exam, even though I hadn't requested a glasses exam, and my glasses prescription was still valid from four months ago.
