Matt and Gerardo did a fantastic job of completing the re-installation of our heat pump, making sure that the many details that still needed attention were fully addressed, and did so with such aplomb and friendliness that gave us real confidence in the results.
Kevin came on time. Before starting the repair he explained in detail what he was going to do and the cost. I agreed and he went to work fixing the original problem and gave me a, price for work he felt would be advisable to do in the near future. I was very happy with their service and would use them again and also recommend them to others.
It was a cold and rainy Sunday and our heat was not working. We called B&B and they responded quickly. Soon after, Davontay came to our home. He was kind and courteous, he diagnosed the problem, and made the repair. We were very satisfied.
Later in the day Sam Phillips came and providesd us with options for a new system. His presentation was excellent!
