This business is very customer focused. Clothing and bedding are superbly clean. The staff are professional and personable. The storefront is clean even though it shows its age. Excellent experience here each time for the last 5 years.

I've only been to this location once and was pleased. Customer service is good. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Prices are reasonable. My items were ready on the date promised. I also had an alteration and it was done well too.

Previously at another dry cleaner and not happy - but the price was right. After too many disappointments, decided to give Metro a try. Just picked up my first order and WOW, what a difference. Heavy Starched shirts at Metro, means Heavy Starch! Stains on cashmere sweaters that never came out at the previous cleaner came OUT after years of trying.Needless to say, we'll be returning to Metro for all our dry cleaning. Thank you, Metro!
