I change cleaners and decided to try Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners in there Kentland location. I walked in and was immediately impressed not only with the customer service they provide but noting that all the dry cleaning is worked on in house and is not sent out to be done.
They definitely deserve a Five Star⭐ review.
I have nothing but pleasant experiences with my garments at this location. In addition to dry cleaning clothes for my family, I have used them for sewing patches on Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts uniforms. I've had them sew patches on my car hobby items. The turn-around is always quick. The prices are reasonable but sometimes higher than what expected. They always let me know the price before starting the job. Their asking price is not that much higher the my expected price. The quality is always great. Great communication, friendly personalities, and quality service. I highly recommend.
Very friendly staff. As someone fairly new to the area, I found them to be a bit pricey compared to where I moved from, but they did have a $10 off coupon on their website so that was appreciated. I will go back because their service and turnaround time was great.
