I appreciate the thoroughness of your PA who communicated with doctors because of my age and symptoms sent me by ambulance to Suburban ER. I was released at 4pm yesterday and Dr.Ford called my primary care, Dr.Bisk and I should see her today. Professionalism and organization stood out.
Everyone was kind and helpful. I scheduled an appt and arrived 10 min early. The wait wasn't too long to go back - about 20 - 30 min. The MAs and NP were great and my needs were met.
The medical staff were very helpful in taking care of me before and after each test. They provided me with the test results and appropriate medications and I need to talk to get over my illness.
