I appreciate the thoroughness of your PA who communicated with doctors because of my age and symptoms sent me by ambulance to Suburban ER. I was released at 4pm yesterday and Dr.Ford called my primary care, Dr.Bisk and I should see her today. Professionalism and organization stood out.

Everyone was kind and helpful. I scheduled an appt and arrived 10 min early. The wait wasn't too long to go back - about 20 - 30 min. The MAs and NP were great and my needs were met.

I had originally gone to CVS's Minute Clinic - really bad. MedStar Health was far superior - very professional staff, friendly & through. Excellent experience.

Worst visit I ever had with MedstarHealth urgent care. It was a complete waste of time. I have not been prescribed a single medicine. No doctor visited rather a doctors assistant and every I asked the answer was we are urgent care we can’t help you on anything.
