I'm really surprised by the negative reviews for this company. I had a fantastic experience with Master Fences in the summer of 2021. It's a family run business with great customer services and prices. They had the most competitive quote when I was looking to build a fence (Long Fence quoted me more than double than Master Fences). This was during the lumber shortage related to the pandemic, and this company did a great job updating me on when they would expect materials. The crew was efficient and built the fence in just one day. They even fixed a small issue with a board on a pre-existing deck (not built by Master Fences) without me even asking or charging me for it....read full review

I had a fence post that broke and a gate that neededTo be replaced. The original company couldn’t do the repair for a couple of months. Other companies didn’t want to bother with a small project. Master Fence came to my rescue. They also discussed several options for my new gate. I appreciated the time the estimator took and his assistance in my choosing a new gate. Originally I thought it would be a couple ofWeeks but they came out sooner than I expected.They did a great job and there was no mess- didn’t destroy my garden
