Our salesman from Md. Carpet & tile was Jacob Devereux. He was a very diligent and thorough salesman, honest and with integrity. We had 2 1/2 floors of sanded, stained and OLV installed. As happens during construction, there were a couple of hiccups. Jacob made sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. We’ve used Maryland Carpet and Tile for two home projects now and will continue to use them for more we hope to do in the future. They’ve done a spectacular job on flooring for our kitchen and hallway as well as a full bathroom redo. The process is easy from start to finish. Brett makes tile selection painless and is great to work with when it comes to picking out materials. As for demo and installation, special shout out to Alan and his crew because their attention to detail is unmatched. Brett and his team did an amazing job sealing my foyer floors; the results are stunning, and the space looks completely refreshed. Their attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire process.
They went above and beyond in workmanship and customer service. Not only did they deliver beautiful results, but they also took the time to thoroughly clean the area afterward.
