I dealt with a realtor trying to sell a home in Maryland. The agent was very rude and made no initiative to sell my home. She went so far as to say that I was to demanding hand I need to be patient. She had open houses and never really pushed my property. The house was empty and she made the agents schedule an appointment to view the home even though she put a lock box on the door. She encouraged me to keep lowering the price and at some point today me it probably would not sell. Then we she was out her broker stepped in and he was a complete bully. She informed me that if I wanted to break her realtor contract I would have to give her 10 days notice and pay her personally... read full review
