Luzbin evaluated a repair for old wood floors and he was able to do a patch repair per my request to hold us over until we can do a full repair. The estimate was exactly what was charged. Everything was very easy and communications were clear. Thank you, Luzbin!

I had a great experience with Luzbin and his team from start to finish. Luzbin was responsive, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job on our basement floors. He was also incredibly patient, even with my two young kids running around and asking questions. I would highly recommend LC Prime.

From the moment we met Luzbin in person and walked the property, to the next-day quote, to the moment we walked into a totally changed home with beautifully refinished and refreshed floors(which the team completed in 2 days!)—I wish I could recommend Luzbin and his team to the world!
