Kicks Karate - North Potomac

We have been so impressed with Kicks Karate. All of the instructors who lead the classes are incredible with the kids. They strike a great balance between managing silly behaviors, but also being encouraging and fun. Our son has been thriving in the classes and is always excited to go. I think that enrolling him is one of the best things that we could have done for him and has really boosted his self confidence.

I can’t speak highly enough of the instructors at kicks karate and how well they work with children. They are truly awesome with kids! Our favorite class is Mr Josh’s class and Mr Ryan, Mr Walter, and Mr Brandon all play a key role in guiding the kids. They take the time to truly get to know each student, figuring out what they're good at and where they could use a bit of a boost. Discipline, self-control, respect, and boundaries are all on the agenda, all the while keeping the whole atmosphere and tone positive. They show utmost patience and kindness… even I’m getting lessons. I don’t know how they do it.

Really good experience here with my two daughters. Kicks really emphazises learning self-respect and discipline but with a positive spin. Some of the classes can be a bit crowded but they have limited space and it speaks to their popularity. The strength here is the staff, I have watched at least 8 different instuctors work and they have all been excellent. Thank you Kicks Karate!
