    I just got my nails done this afternoon, and I am beyond happy with the results! Olivia was absolutely amazing—so professional, detail-oriented, and truly talented. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and it really shows.

    I love how clean and elegant my nails look—the shape, the design, everything is flawless! She made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable.

    Absolutely worth the 30-minute drive! The quality of the work is consistently amazing, and my nails come out perfect every time. Thr conversation is great and the atmosphere is welcoming. It’s hard to find a place that does such beautiful work and also makes you feel so comfortable. Highly recommended

    I’ve been coming to this place for a little over a year, and if I could, I would give it more than 5 stars. The service is excellent; the place is spacious, clean, and very relaxing. The man at the front desk is always friendly, asks if you’re satisfied, and offers a complimentary drink.

    On one occasion, my son came with me to the salon (he’s a very calm child). I was a bit worried they might not allow me to have him there, but it was the complete opposite—they offered him a snack and the Wi-Fi password. I was able to relax, get my nails done, and everything was wonderful.

    I wouldn’t change this place for anything! Every penny you spend here is well worth it.

    In love with my nail set. I got it for the 3 weeks trip to Europe. Tech gave me best suggestion of color and design that helps the growth less obivous in the 3 long weeks. Not only that, the quality is off the roof. Still smooth and flawless after I came back from the trip. Definitely will be back for my future nail done.

    First, this nail bar is REALLY a nail BAR!!!

    My spouse and I get a monthly gel mani, pedi and brow threading done for about $112 per person, which is a fair price. And, our mani and pedi still look decent after a month. Everyone is always greeted at the reception area.

    Once you are seated, the technician asks if you would like wine or a mimosa. The service is better than others I’ve been to in the past. I have gone to different techs and (believe me) they all do a fantastic job. Everyone always seem happy there. They all get along so well.

    I mentioned to my spouse a couple of times that I love when they massage my feet, legs and hands. They ended up spending more time massaging those areas.

    I love this nail bar. It’s spacious, airy and not loud (thank God.). I come here to relax; not to hear someone who is so rude and loud talking on their cell phone or loud, period. I’m just not interested in hearing someone else’s conversations filled with likes, ums and rights.

    They also have tv sets showing beautiful landscapes of Vietnam, the Canary Islands and Korea. The program features various foods that have you wanting to make a flight reservation to Vietnam.

    You are never ignored. Cindy or Hugh are near the front to take calls, man the register and ensure care is taken to their customers.

    Hugh really loves his customers. He knows I adore the coffee candy he has in his candy dish and gave me a handful before I left. This is the level of service you can always expect from them.

    If you want a great mani, pedi, threading and service, this is the place.

    If you’re a Prima donna, please don’t ruin it for the rest of us. The techs do a great job. Slavery went out of fashion decades ago.

    This will always, ALWAYS be our go to place. Love you guys 💟.

    Amy is amazing when it comes to both gel manicures and pedicures! As well as Tammy! Me and my dad go to them both for our pedicures. Amazing quality and great people.

    This salon has really gone downhill. The owner Tiffany and her Husband that works the front counter are sad excuses for business owners. I have been coming to this salon way before those two ever took over and I have been seeing my nail tech there for over 15 years. I only come to this shop NOW to get my toes done because I still like to give my nail lady business because I have been with her for so long. I used to see Tiffany for my nails and the nails were subpar at best and she was ironically only pleasant at the end of each appointment when it was time to pay. She makes you feel as if you can't ask for anything because it's such a bother. All the times, I sat in her chair she never once even said hello. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with customers after reading some other poor reviews that state the same thing. This review however is mainly about her husband. I was in there the recently to get a pedicure with another technician and I was charged $60 for the most basic pedicure with gel and when I got home, I noticed my toes were messy and the paint color was on my skin and still around the edges of my toe nails. I called to inquire about the pricing because that price did not match for what my toes looked like. I had also received a 10% coupon as a Birthday promotion which I noticed was not applied either. I called up to the store and ended up talking to my nail lady and she further explained the price breakdown for the pedicure and she had told me that they do not have access to any of the coupons they send out and that it is not their system. She told me that I must show them the text at the desk to get my discount applied. She then explained that they could not apply it over the phone and that I would have to come back in the salon to get it applied which was annoying seeing as I was just there for two hours for a one-hour appointment. When I went up there the owners husband asked how he could help me and I told him I was just in here and my birthday discount wasn't applied so I am here in person with my phone and I would like it applied to the service I just paid for. He went and grabbed my nail tech and then asked to see my phone as he zoomed in and out to the text as if it was fake. When he gave my phone back, he told me "I'll do this this time but next time if you don't show me this before you pay, I won't do it for you." Mind you he was not trying to be accommodating or even pleasant. He seemed rather annoyed that I came back to request my Birthday discount at all. So, I had told him honestly there might not be a next time and his response was "WOW. THANKS FOR THAT. WELL, WE DON'T WANT YOU HERE ANYWAY." He then throws the cash back at me for the discount. First, there are about 15 nail salons withing walking distance with far better reviews. As a business owner getting mouthy with an unsatisfied customer is unacceptable. As an owner of a business your behavior is embarrassing. Now it makes sense why there were 5 technicians either sitting in the pedicure chairs taking a nap or watching their phone in the middle of the day. The only reason they have half the customers they do have is because most of the customers are loyal to the technicians that have been there longer than the "Kentland's Nail Bar" has existed. If he wants to apologize for his behavior he can reply to this post. If he chooses to attack me, then this further proves my point as to the kind of business they run. I have read some of the other responses and by looking at the rude language and defensiveness used on some it is clear they lack professional. Blaming other customers or calling them "liars" because they criticized your business does not bode well for new customers. GOOD business owners can accept criticisms and make adjustments based on customer feedback which clearly needs to be worked on. I GLADLY will not be returning.

    I've been to the Kentlands Salon and The Nail Bar a couple of times. On the first visit, I didn't have an appointment, and they were able to fit me in. Diane cleaned the residue off and painted my nails, baby blue (#21) for the 2024 RAMMY's. On the second visit, I had an appointment to get a mani and pedi done for my honeymoon. I upgraded my experience for dipped nails and milk and honey foot spa. I liked how my nails were glow in the dark, but #203 Glow was a little too dull and subtle for me.
