Had a fantastic experience with JB & Son Chimney Services LLC! They answered my call quickly and personally, and then scheduled me rapidly, avoiding months of wait at our time of need. Our challenges were diagnosed thoroughly and addressed cheerfully within a week for a very fair price - replacement of liner, damper, capping and more. Since then, we are losing much less heat from the house through the chimney, and a terrible smelly backdraft we had experienced even with the flue closed after fires had long-since cooled is now minimal. I had a great experience with JB & SON Chimney Services. Communication was good. Their estimate was better than a competitor and for additional work. In addition to the chimney and flu work, they did excellent exterior masonry work for a newly installed window. They did very good work, at the schedule we agreed to, and at the agreed upon price. Highly satisfied.
