James Schneider did an excellent job of processing my loan. He kept me informed every step of the way, along with the rest of people at Eagle Creek Mortgage. I used James on 3 home purchases. My first home purchase was during covid, I was laid off from my job for a short period and the same company bought me back. After going to several lenders and getting denied, I went to James and he somehow made it happen. My third home purchase (last month) was the most difficult home transaction I have ever experienced.
