Gas Fireplace Repair Oscar and Tyler were terrific, professional in every way, respectful of us and our home, thorough in their work, knowledgeable, and communicated well. I had a good conversation with Wheat management and expressed this to them. I was impressed with the pride they take in hiring, training, and supporting their people. Technicians who enter your home to do their work are ambassadors for their employer. They are the proverbial tip of the spear, and nothing else matters if the customer doesn’t feel good about the experience. I called for some routine plumbing work on a Sunday. Received a call back as soon as the office hours resumed on Monday. Eric was dispatched and arrived at my home shortly there after. He listened to my concerns, took photos, and then provided a plan to address the work I wanted. I wanted to replace an aging water heater and a sprinkler back check valve. He returned the next day to execute the work. He was thorough throughout. Eric took time to explain what he did, why, and the warranties on the workmanship. He was clean and professional.
Excellent experience all around. Scheduling was effortless and available as soon as needed. My technician Ilya arrived on time and took care of the problem immediately. I will definitely be a return customer.
