They were absolutely amazing! We were so overwhelmed by our flooded kitchen, with a brand new baby as well, and they came in with immediate support. They not only took care of the damage, but gave us plenty of options on where to go from there. They were super easy to get ahold of and were with us every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough!

We had a warp kitchen floor caused by a leak in our garbage disposal. We called our Insurance company and they suggested Intrepid Restoration because we also had an asbestos issue with the original floor. Intrepid resolved the asbestos issue, replaced the kitchen floor, replaced the damaged cabinet and painted the kitchen to the point that you would not know there was water damage. Dan, Miguel, Mary and Olga were excellent thru out the whole ordeal. My house was trashed by a tenant and had mold issues. After the tenant was evicted I called Intrepid Restoration. Olga responded to my inquiry and she showed up at my propery quickly for evuation. Because there was so much damage that invloves a lot of work, Olga could not provide me an on-site quote, but she did all the measurement and recordings, then emailed me a very detailed quote.
