Very friendly staff. Very clean and not smelly. They are thorough and gave me a report card for how my dog's day went. Recently switched to Houndstown from another facility and have been happy I did so far.
My doggo was so happy after her first day at Hounds Town! I couldn't be happier and more relieved. She has very rarely needed boarding at a kennel, and she has some separation anxiety. I think she had so much fun that she didn't have time to dwell.
Hounds Town staff were extremely professional and friendly. They took amazing care of my dog and took the weight off of my shoulders of having a reliable place to board my dog. Highly recommend them for your boarding or doggie daycare needs.
