Without hesitation or reservation I would recommend Sophie Deng highly. Having dealt with lower back pain for many years I have been to several Physical Therapists - she is head and shoulders above all and none even come close. While many PT’s appear to pull out a handbook and make suggestions that appear to be in the “let’s try this one” category, Sophie clearly took a good look at what my specific problem is and developed a set of exercises tailored to it. She is professional, conscientious and attentive throughout my visits. First class.

Physical therapist and acupuncturist Sophie Deng is a gem!! Having gone to her for longstanding pain in my neck and shoulders, Ms. Deng helped ease and then eradicate the pain in a few sessions. What was even more enduring was her instruction about my posture and movement that had contributed to the pain more than arthritis. I learned exercises and proper ways to walk, stand and sit that would ensure my well-being beyond the sessions. Ms. Deng is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and truly holistic. Sophie is extremely good at what she does. She has treated me for multiple issues using both physical therapy and acupuncture methods. I was in a very bad way when first coming to Sophie’s office, nonetheless she worked with me extensively, helping me return to normalcy. Sophie is all about helping people, very intuitive, very patient and a sheer pleasure to be around. I am extremely grateful to Sophie for all she has done for me. Her dedication to her profession really stands out. I recommend her highly!
