I was leaving on vacation and needed to make an extra set of keys- I was there right before closing & they were so helpful and gracious- i could see how kind and genuine they were to all their customers.
I was referred to H&H by a national manufacturer of windows and doors when I needed a regional solution for residential door hardware. So far my experience here has been wonderful. Richard, with whom I spoke, really knows his product (Baldwin among others) and has been able to help me solve two problems with two different doors for customers (we install windows and doors for a living). Their responsiveness, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for their trade will have me referring H&H's services to my customers in the DC metro area.
H&H Lock and Security is my go to place for locks and keys. I've been using them for years and have never had a complaint. Trust them to give you good advice on locks, keys and security.
