The Home Depot referred me to H&H Lock and Security right down the street. I walked into H&H Lock and Security in Gaithersburg and was blown away at the quality and quantity of products in their showroom. Paul E. Jacobson assisted me and provided knowledge, professionalism, options, and kindness that is unusual these days. My lock issue was repaired the same day. That's why I'm rating them 5 stars. I was leaving on vacation and needed to make an extra set of keys- I was there right before closing & they were so helpful and gracious- i could see how kind and genuine they were to all their customers.
I was referred to H&H by a national manufacturer of windows and doors when I needed a regional solution for residential door hardware. So far my experience here has been wonderful. Richard, with whom I spoke, really knows his product (Baldwin among others) and has been able to help me solve two problems with two different doors for customers (we install windows and doors for a living). Their responsiveness, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for their trade will have me referring H&H's services to my customers in the DC metro area.
