HIRE GB & Sons and you will NOT regret it! Selected this company from a plethora of Home Depot Pro-Referrals. They quoted me a very reasonable price to patch, sand, and prime "only" an unfinished one car garage in a newly built townhouse community AND they also PAINTED IT! As homeowner, I expressed that I will paint myself. It ended up beyond my satisfaction and expectation. You treat this people with "respect" and you get more than you bargained for. I paid them an extra even though they didn't ask for extra.
