Ray was fantastic and very knowledgeable on recommending floor material and color! just had them installed and Wow! the crew was fantastic!, professional! most important on time and Meticulous about every detail as if it was there own home! could not be happier I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLOOR RIO!

I have used Floor Rio Abbey Carpets to carpet and install flooring in my home. I was alway impressed with the care Ray, the owner, took to be sure I was satisfied. When it was time to renovate my kitchen, I was very unhappy with contractors we interviewed so we stopped by to see what Ray could do. We were thrilled with his showroom, his selections, his excellent taste to help me choose and his price was very reasonable. Although we had some glitches with his workers, due to a worker injury and needing a substitute, Ray was always responsive and worked with us until we were satisfied. We love our kitchen and highly recommend him.

We recently made the decision to do some home remodeling that included hardwood floors, tile floors, stair railing, and powder room. We went into Floor Rio only to inquire about the floors, but in the end we came to realize that Floor Rio has so much more to offer and we cannot recommend this place strongly enough. The owner, Ray, is an absolute pleasure to work with and the members of his family that work there are extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgable.
