We had heard a loud breathing noise in our wall and we thought that maybe it was a racoon or some other animal. Erick came out and took a look at it. I do completely understand the $100 fee they charge up front -- it costs them time and money to come out and inspect things. Not only that, they went into the attic, which is incredibly dangerous to do. It turns out we had about 3000 yellow jackets inside the wall. Erick sprayed in there and had them die, then came back to do it again. They cut open the wall, got rid of the nest, and cleaned things up. $3400 was a lot more than I expected to pay, and the price would be my only complaint. Great service! The inspector was professional, explained everything clearly, and really went above and beyond. Definitely worth the cost and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend!
We have a huge problem in our attic. I love this company because its all exclusive between the repairing our home fixing the entrance and exits taking away all the old insulation and disinfecting and
Putting in new insulation up to Montgomery County Code .
Erick came to our home investigated . Polite and respectful. Took pics of what was going on and explained what needed to be done answered our questions and Carlos i believe the owner went out of his way to work with us to get the price down. Shopped around and other companies wanted much more.
