Exceptional professionalism and very thorough in review and treatment of the bat infestation. We knew we were in good hands at Daniel’s first visit to assess the problem and are so grateful First Solutions honored the warranty of the prior company and provided such great customer service. We had a major bat infestation in the attic treated by the prior owners of the company about 2 years ago. The treatment fee was extremely high and they neglected to properly seal the attic after the work was done. Fast forward to 12/25 to find that we had more bats. We had heard a loud breathing noise in our wall and we thought that maybe it was a racoon or some other animal. Erick came out and took a look at it. I do completely understand the $100 fee they charge up front -- it costs them time and money to come out and inspect things. Not only that, they went into the attic, which is incredibly dangerous to do. It turns out we had about 3000 yellow jackets inside the wall. Erick sprayed in there and had them die, then came back to do it again. They cut open the wall, got rid of the nest, and cleaned things up. $3400 was a lot more than I expected to pay, and the price would be my only complaint. Great service! The inspector was professional, explained everything clearly, and really went above and beyond. Definitely worth the cost and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend!
