Exceptional professionalism and very thorough in review and treatment of the bat infestation. We knew we were in good hands at Daniel’s first visit to assess the problem and are so grateful First Solutions honored the warranty of the prior company and provided such great customer service. We had a major bat infestation in the attic treated by the prior owners of the company about 2 years ago. The treatment fee was extremely high and they neglected to properly seal the attic after the work was done. Fast forward to 12/25 to find that we had more bats. The team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. The service was completed efficiently, and I am very happy with the results.
First Solutions Pest & Home Services provided EXCELLANT service!!! They came quite a distance, because I was unable to find anyone local, to help release a ratsnake that had gotten severly entangled in a piece of netting. The technician worked quickly and gently. My concern was to have the snake released and set free, in a timely fashion. The technician was very caring and gentle as he worked to release the snake. I would call them again, in a heartbeat, to help with pest, rodent, and/or insect control services. I highly recommend First Solutions Pest & Home Services!
