I visited Dr. Eghtesadi’s office last week for a root canal, and the entire process from start to finish went very smoothly and exactly as expected.
The front desk staff, especially Sydney, was incredibly kind and efficient. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made the whole experience much easier to navigate. Due to my insurance requirements, my first visit had to be an evaluation appointment to obtain approval. While it did require an extra trip, I understood that this was an insurance limitation and not the office’s fault.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ali. the doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and explained everything in detail before and during my procedure. He was gentle and precise throughout my treatment and I felt minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Ali
I had my first root canal procedure done here. I was incredibly nervous and did not know what to expect. Since I have state health insurance I believed I would be treated less than others. I was wrong. The doctor treated me with care and compassion. I was very anxious and he was helpful in easing my angst. I have a very low pain tolerance so I was afraid there would be pain, so far no pain! I rarely leave reviews but this office is excellent. Hopefully I won’t need another root canal but if I do, I know where to go!
