The massage itself was exceptional, particularly the neck massage which stood out as the best in years. Seriously. Despite being a regular at a different spa in Kentlands, this recommendation proved worthwhile. A 90-minute deep tissue massage with optimal pressure left me thoroughly satisfied. The attentive masseuse ensured my comfort throughout. I left over 20% tip though the receptionist seemed not enthusiastic at all. Did she want me to leave more tips? Who knows.
