I didn't like the eye exam office because scheduling was tentatively hars for me so I went other place for my exam prescription.

During my shopping for new eye glasses, Costco staffs were very friendly and professional. OMG I bought 4 eye glasses, but I don't regret! :p Prices for frames and lenses are reasonable and much lower than BJ optical center and other stores. Technical skill for cutting the lenses are better than BJ optical store. I bought my prior two eye glasses from BJ, but lenses easily came out from frames for both pairs so i lost one of lenses and couldn't use a few months later. This place was excellent for getting my new eye glasses.

We were assisted by a very kind Asian man whose name I unfortunately can't recall. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and showed genuine concern for the other customers who were waiting for a long time. He even called for additional help, as he was managing the situation with another lady. In contrast, the lady, an African American woman appeared less attentive to the needs of the customers.

I had a wonderful experience at Costco Vision Center, thanks to Lydia. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process so smooth. What really stood out was how sweet and kind she was to my toddler, who was with me during the process.
