We had our gas furnace replaced yesterday. The company was on time, organized, polite and efficient. They took the time to lay down tarps and left my laundry room (where the furnace is) cleaner than when they got there. Pricing and warranty options were also very reasonable and competitive- I was given repair options or replace options and didn't feel like I was being sold on something I didn't need. After 4 different HVAC companies came to my place, nobody could figure out where the leak was and they just wanted to replace my system. I found Congressional Heating and Plumbing by the sticker from the previous owner of my unit and gave them a call. Not only did Kevin offer to come look at it, he even offered advice about what the other companies were telling me. He found the leak and repaired it and saved me tens of thousands of dollars from the other companies who just wanted to replace the unit and charge me more.
