Brax Roofing is one of the very best companies I have dealt with. They were very professional. Every move they made, they told us what the move was and why they were doing it. Their pricing was fair. We looked at other companies and their pricing was within the same range as the other companies. They’re very customer friendly. During the process I called the company with a question. My customer rep. was on vacation. The lady took a message and within a day the rep. returned my call. I greatly appreciated this. It says a lot to me when someone I am working with goes out of his way to make sure I get what I need.

I can’t say enough positive things about Brax and their teams. I’ve used them now for replacing the roof, re-siding the house, including replacing all the gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. Everyone in this company is stellar. From Boris - who assessed what we needed and patiently explained exactly what they would do and why, to Jacob - who worked with us to get the exact color scheme and look we wanted, to Daniel and Alexis - who set up the appointments, kept us updated and sent the contracts and photos. And each team handling the different parts were the most conscientious, knowledgeable, hard-working, cheerful and polite workers I’ve ever met that it was a pleasure having the work done. Each team took photos of each step of their progress - so you can be sure that things such as weatherproofing materials were all used appropriately. You don’t to stay on top of anything - I would trust them to do any work even while I was out of town - because I know they would do it all correctly. Use them and I bet you’ll be as happy with the outcome as I am!
