B&B installed our HVAC system 21 years ago. We’ve only had one significant issue in that time which consisted of a circuit board that runs the blower motor. Recently our AC system was have an issue with the coils icing up so I placed a call to schedule a diagnosis of the issue. I received a phone call early in the morning and Nestor, the technician, was on-site within 40 minutes. The technicians from B&B have always been prompt, courteous and reliable. I’ve compared several HVAC companies in the area and none of the companies had ratings or reviews that would convince me to use any company other than B&B.
B&B team led by Junior installed replaced our 20 year old heat pump system. They did excellent work. All the technicians were polite, kept the work areas clean, and were very communicative. Junior does beautiful work.
B&B was professional, detail oriented and quick getting my new ac system installed on a 90+ degree day. The system is great and cools the house quickly. The gentlemen that installed the system were very polite and let me know what was happening each step of the way. Prior to installation B&B was quick with estimates and always available to answer my questions.
