As far as uhual goes ! It’s was horribly DIRTY and it was the only one left. I reserved online and had to come back 3 times because he sent me down to another location saying he didn’t have a truck. But it allowed me to reserve it and it was 40! When I got there it turned to 120 dollars! Had it for one day and got a receipt for 582$! For 300 miles!!! I could have had a rental for cheaper !!! Mind you that’s no movers nothing ! And it was 1.19 per mile and when I seen the receipt it changed to 1.49 per mile! This man should not be working for uhaul ! He’s a scammer I will not be EVER USING UHUAL OR RECOMMENDING!

Reserved Uhaul online but no one answers the phone here & they don't return voice mail messages. Did Uhaul online checkin but when I went to physical location on Main Street in Damascus, no one is in this store. There is a sign that says call, but again no answer. Sketchy looking store front. Called Uhaul customer service to cancel my reservation at this place. Unbelievable.
