I had an amazing experience working with Jack! From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He helped me build my dream all-white gaming PC and paid close attention to every detail throughout the entire process.
The cable management is flawless, the build quality is exceptional, and everything was set up perfectly. He also took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure everything was working correctly, and even helped optimize the system after the build.

The BEST computer repair in the area. I needed a new power supply installed quickly, Mr. Fix it wanted $100 and 3 hours, JL did it in 20 minutes for $50! I also asked him to clean up one of my other old computers and he did a fantastic job. Spoke to the owner Jack at length and we shared a lot of common interests, super chill guy. I think any bad reviews are probably just user error. JL is definitely my go-to computer repair now and already told my family about them.
