Our Experience with Patrick as our home inspector was a 10/10. His knowledge and experience was very valuable to us as first time home buyers. His findings and thoroughness gave us a great sense of understanding of the condition of the house and the inner workings of it. He did not spare any detail and had state of the art technology that really helped us make our big decision. I will absolutely work with Patrick again and recommend him as a necessity to making a decision on buying a home.
Working with Patrick was great. He worked with us on being able to come out on short notice (next day) to accommodate our schedule and timeline. During the inspection itself, he was very thorough, friendly, and happy to answer any questions we had.
He was good about pointing out any areas of attention and providing general approaches to maintenance/upkeep along the way.
Especially given the limitations due to the weather, Patrick did an excellent job getting us the information we needed about the house. Great experience and would definitely recommend!
Patrick worked with us to inspect a single-family home we had placed an offer on in Gaithersburg. He was a true professional from the initial phone call all the way through the final delivery of his home inspection report.
