Patrick was so wonderful to work with! He is very patient and listens to get the whole picture. You can tell that he is very knowledgeable and passionate about the work that he does. I have referred him to multiple people we know who are house hunting and may need an inspector. He is very communicative and professional, sending confirmation emails prior to the scheduled date. His report is very thorough and easy to use.We look forward to using Patrick if we ever needed inspection services again! His services are very reasonable in price, especially compared to the bigger companies in the area. You definitely get more than what you pay for. If you’re reading this and… read full review
Our Experience with Patrick as our home inspector was a 10/10. His knowledge and experience was very valuable to us as first time home buyers. His findings and thoroughness gave us a great sense of understanding of the condition of the house and the inner workings of it. He did not spare any detail and had state of the art technology that really helped us make our big decision. I will absolutely work with Patrick again and recommend him as a necessity to making a decision on buying a home.
Working with Patrick was great. He worked with us on being able to come out on short notice (next day) to accommodate our schedule and timeline. During the inspection itself, he was very thorough, friendly, and happy to answer any questions we had.
He was good about pointing out any areas of attention and providing general approaches to maintenance/upkeep along the way.
Especially given the limitations due to the weather, Patrick did an excellent job getting us the information we needed about the house. Great experience and would definitely recommend!
