Never had to have anything altered before but they don’t even answer the phone so I can ask a few questions. I called 3 times back to back, no answer. Read the reviews and none of them are about alterations, which is what I need done. Don’t think I’m gonna be using them.

Not friendly. What happened? I used to go there all the time before the pandemic. When I returned to get my clothes dry cleaned, I returned to barely a hello. Went to pickup my clothes and the young lady couldn't even lift the clothes to the customer rack so I could look at them. Probably won't go there again.
