Ronen picked up on a Sunday afternoon, after my heating broke down, and no one else would respond. Technical expertise guidance and kindness are beyond all expectations standards. Ronen is awesome! ADI installed our furnace and AC in 2015 and 10 years later I gave him a call after another company couldn't figure out why the burners shut off after a few seconds. He didn't have availability to come out that day but was so nice. He asked if he could lead me through the issue because he knew exactly what the problem was. He patiently directed me to shut the system off, unscrew and remove the furnace cover, locate the part that needed cleaning (he described everything over the phone precisely). ADI has been taking care of our family home’s HVAC for over 10 years. We know that the moment something feels ‘off’ we can contact them and have it honestly diagnosed and troubleshot in a timely way. We also replaced a 30-year old unit in 2017 with a new one from ADI, and 8 years later that new system is operating consistently well.
