“If i could give this place a 0 I would. They are very unprofessional. When my husbands grandfather died we called in and were given an amount for cost, we then called back to try and pay and was told by someone that worked there we didn't need to do anything and was told by family it was taken care of. Long story short it wasn't we live out of state so can't just go right in and pay. My mother in law who has a lot of health issues asked to be mailed a bill. We never received a bill or it would of been paid. Needless to say when I spoke to the lady on the phone today it was very unprofessional to say someone is on drugs when you don't know them and own a business. This was paid in full today. I just want people out there to hear this story because when you work in the public and own a business you don't suggest what you did on the phone today a customer when you don't know them. My mother in law is not on drugs. She is missing teeth so a lot of people have a hard time understanding her and she was dealing with a broken back when you tried talking to her. So please before you want to suggest something know the facts.“
