Awesome experience
While they weren't able to fix my laptop (due to it being an issue they just weren't equipped to repair at this location), they were very thorough in their analysis of it and didn't charge me for the tests or diagnosis. They tried multiple things, they explained to me everything they did, they were extremely friendly and professional. They gave me their best take on the problem, and while the news was disappointing, they still deserve the stars for their helpfulness and customer service. I just had a corruption issue and Allegany Computer Services was fabulous. They handled my case so fast and even realized how slowly my machine was running and why and proposed an inexpensive solution. My computer runs so fast now! They are the place to take your computer questions and needs to.
