“While they weren't able to fix my laptop (due to it being an issue they just weren't equipped to repair at this location), they were very thorough in their analysis of it and didn't charge me for the tests or diagnosis. They tried multiple things, they explained to me everything they did, they were extremely friendly and professional. They gave me their best take on the problem, and while the news was disappointing, they still deserve the stars for their helpfulness and customer service. The receptionist was friendly, the guy who answered the phone was nice and to the point, the guy who worked on the laptop was clear and concise. If I have an issue in the future that they CAN fix, this'll be my go-to.“
