The doctors, technicians and staff here are amazing. We’re very grateful to Dr. Polyoka, Dr. Hennings, and previously Dr. Hiller and Dr. Sailor for all the care and attention they’ve provided our fur babies over the years. The vet technicians and staff are also great at providing care and making sure everything runs smoothly. Thank you for all that you do!
We have had a few emergencies with our kitties, and your practice has been very supportive. My fiance's family and I bring 6 pets to West Frederick Vet for routine care. We appreciate how caring the Doctors and technicians are. I also really appreciate how kind and accommodating the person at the front desk is. There have been times I needed to cancel an appointment due to my cat escaping, and you have been very understanding. One gesture that showed me that you care was when I could not bring my cat's stool sample promptly, and the Dr. just gave me a new container so I could collect it whenever possible since I had already paid for it. Dr Hiller and his staff are always amazing with our Emma (and us!). From the moment we walk in the door, we are cheerfully greeted! Our vet tech was very kind and gave Emma snuggles and made her feel welcome. Emma is a puppy mill mama, and teaching her how to “dog” has been an awesome experience. We are so grateful for Dr Hiller and West Frederick Veterinary Hospital!!
