I had a very disappointing experience at this dermatology appointment for my baby’s eczema.

The doctor spent less than five minutes with us and provided very little explanation about my child’s condition. He simply stated that the eczema was genetic and common, then immediately recommended a steroid cream. When I asked if there were any non-steroid treatment options, he briefly mentioned another medication but did not explain what it was or how it worked until I specifically asked. His explanation was limited to saying it was an anti-inflammatory medication and to use it twice daily.

I also asked about additional measures to help restore and protect my baby’s skin barrier, including wet wrap therapy. The doctor appeared unfamiliar with the term and offered no discussion of eczema management beyond “moisturize” and “don’t bathe too often because it dries the skin out.”

As a parent seeking guidance for a chronic condition, I expected a more thorough evaluation, education about treatment options, and practical advice on managing eczema. Instead, the visit felt rushed, and I left with more questions than answers. I did not feel heard, informed, or supported in caring for my child’s condition.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Grana. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment, and had wonderful bedside manner! Will be routinely returning!

I had an appointment scheduled to have a cyst removed, and it was canceled only 30 minutes before the appointment because the doctor suddenly “didn’t feel comfortable” doing the procedure. This caused me to lose a full day of work and bring my family all the way to the office for nothing.

After that, it turned into a complete mess. I repeatedly called the office and was told the manager would call me back, which never happened. I then went in person, was given a manager’s phone number that turned out to belong to a different location, and they had no idea what I was talking about. I was transferred back and forth until I finally spoke to a manager who said she didn’t know why the doctor canceled.

I requested a refund for the appointment, and it was refused. I was told I would hear from the doctor the next day for an explanation, but no one ever called. It has now been over a week with no follow-up.

This office completely wasted my time and my family’s time. Very poor communication, unprofessional handling, and unacceptable healthcare experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very positive experience. Walked into a crowded reception room and expected a long wait, but it only took a few minutes for me to see the doctor. Very efficiently run practice and I was treated with great care.

My husband and I made appointments for this Friday, and we waited a long time for these appointments. We specifically made them for Friday because we are going on a trip on Saturday, a trip that we delayed so we could attend these appointments. Today they called us and told us that the doctor wasn’t available to see us during our scheduled times, and so we needed to reschedule them for this afternoon. However, when we called a few minutes after they called us, we were told that they had no appointments until the end of January! Very disappointed! Time to find a new doctor who cares about their patients.

Everyone working here was very friendly. Was in and out very quick. Highly recommend.
