I had an appointment and waited 50 minutes before finally seeing the doctor. I felt the doctor was thorough with her examination but waiting 50 minutes when you have an appointment is inexcusable !!! Finally gave up trying to get fitted for glasses !

I have been using this eye doctor and eyeglass shop for years. Dr. Gertner (sp?) Helped me find contacts that I enjoy wearing and provides exceptional care. I also find the different associates I have worked with to be knowledgeable and helpful. Jayshree have me great advice in figuring out the best type of bifocals to wear and how to properly use the progressive lenses I have.
