Came in for the first time for the Destress Trio - lovely experience! Salon & Spa are clean, welcoming, and with luxurious touches: clean robes and sandals, relaxation area for before and after treatment with beverages, and secure storage lockers for personal belongings. The staff I met seemed genuinely warm and friendly, truly proud to provide service. The masseuse managed to ease a tension I've had in my shoulder for weeks! I've been to three different spas in Frederick for massage, and Verbena is now firmly my favorite!
This is tye best place for nails and a thorough pedicure. Alexis is amazing! The price point for pedicures isnt much higher than your average, run if the mill salon but the approach and products they use are so much better. The spa is also very clean and relaxing. It's a much better experience overall than most nail places i have visited. Alexis has also done my teen daughter's nails several times and did such amazing themed designs on them. I've also gotten facials here and they were great. Overall a great little spa with convenient parking and an awesome relaxation lounge.
I had a basic pedicure today with Alexis at Verbena Salon & Spa. It was lovely. This is probably the first time I've had a pedicure at a salon instead of the place I get my acrylic nails done. Making the appointment was easy, I was welcomed, filled out forms on a tablet at the welcome desk, met Alexis, chose the polish(es) that best matched my finger nails (Alexis was a huge help!), and was kindly ushered into the pedicure room. Alexis explained what she was going to do and we were off! I appreciated the conversation with Alexis who offered suggestions for the remainder of our stay and seemed genuinely interested in our conversation.
