Doctors and the staff are really friendly. Only issue is a little slow on the delivery of my glasses. Really really slow. There is a new reason they cannot deliver them when promised. Good thing I don't need glasses or anything on time and as promised. Other then that no complaints.
About V.eye.P Eyecare - Urbana, now part of MyEyeDr.
V.eye.P EyeCare is a welcoming eye care center with friendly and professional doctors and staff. Dr. Kim and Dr. Gertz are both known for their thoroughness, kindness, and patience in answering patients' questions. The front desk is also praised for their helpfulness and ease of scheduling appointments. The office has a modern computer system for patient information, and doctors offer the choice of using eye drops instead of the air puff machine for checking eye pressure. Overall, patients have had excellent experiences with V.eye.P EyeCare and highly recommend both the Urbana location and Dr. Kim.
