Shannon is amazing! She’s incredibly professional and made me feel at ease through my appointment. She takes on a gentle approach and I will definitely be back to see her again. The office was beautiful, clean and everyone was so friendly. The check in process was seamless. Highly recommend!
I love this place. I’ve gotten laser hair removal here, and Jen and Estephanie have both been phenomenal. I also have to shout out the receptionists, Morgan and Kerry. They’re always so welcoming and make the whole experience feel easy from the moment you walk in.
With laser hair removal, you’re paying for results, so it’s important to feel comfortable speaking up during your treatment. I never feel hesitant to ask them to go over an area again or point out anything I don’t want missed. You’d be surprised how many places don’t respond well to that input, but here they truly do. Claire was phenomenal! She provided me a great facial service and red light therapy. I’ve also had multiple BBLs to alleviate severe redness in my face provided by Jen. The staff was very professional and the spa was relaxing. Highly recommend!
