Anyone who exercises regularly NEEDS to try a session at Thomas+Co. I felt so much better walking out than when I walked in... completely loose and relaxed. After multiple sessions, you'll also notice better flexibility and less muscle pain. Thanks Caitlin and VIctoria.. you are the best.

I stumbled across Thomas & co about a year ago seeking to have scar therapy done after having a very bad crush injury to my leg. Caitlin has been amazing and her work just really is mind blowing. I went from having constant pain and swelling to now having very little to no pain and rarely does it swell. The horrible dark pigmented color has also diminished! On top of scar therapy Caitlin also has been the only one to help relieve my horrendous sciatic pain when it hits me. After visiting several Doctors and chiropractors with no help from the pain it has truly been a relief to know I can make an appointment at this fabulous place when I need it- I highly recommend!
