For the past year I have been going from barbershop to barbershop in Frederick, trying to get a decent haircut. Some places were ok but not great, others I walked out looking like I had been attacked with a weed whacker. So it was with some trepidation that I stumbled into The Affiliated this afternoon. I need not have been anxious - after months of searching, finally a barber who takes his time and pays attention to the details! A big thank you to Omar! Great haircut!-

Me and my dad came in the other day to get haircuts for the first time and candela took care of both of us definitely won’t be seeing anyone else for a haircut and pops said he’s feeling fresh like he’s 20 again. Great conversation and amazing vibe felt comfortable and relaxed definitely would recommend.

Affiliated barber is such a vibe! It has that classic barber shop vibe with a modern twist and as I woman I feel comfortable bring my son there (not all barber shops are inclusive and respectful to woman) Now as for the owner Chris, he is hands down the best Barber in Frederick maybe in Maryland! He takes his time and pays close attention to detail. Not only does he listen but he's extremely attentive and precise. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. If there was a saint of clippers it would be Chris. This man is definitely gifted, his hands are magical and I'm letting you know now you will NOT leave his chair unhappy.
