Sat down in Rob’s chair and the resulting 40 or so minutes were nothing short of pleasant. He showed me reference photos to ensure we were on the same page in regard to my request. He took his time, demonstrating his exceptional attention to detail. And -most importantly, IMO- we had a great conversation. Something which I believe is severely lacking in today’s barber shops. Keep up the phenomenal work.
