The technician Gale was a godsent,he did an excellent job going above and beyond to help us.I will definitely return in the future if needed,and I highly recommend this place.You came through 100% for our needs in this stressful time.
Our laptop was damaged in a car accident. The screen needed to be replaced. Techy did an excellent job and it works like new. They looked at other potential issues but determined that everything else was okay. Did not try to up sale us on something we didn't need.
Swans is so patient and helpful. So glad Xfinity told me about this place. So glad I got this wonderful person to help me. Will return if I end up messing up my phone again. Thank you.
