For starters, I didn’t even know this was a thing — a company that will actually come pick up your area rug and move furniture to retrieve it. That alone impressed me.

We have used Spectrum on several occassions in 3 different houses and they have always been great. They've cleaned carpets, cleaned tile floors and showers and an upholstered chair. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
